I'm a systems engineer who builds things that scale, from AI hyper-graph NLP products (before the AI boom), to distributed financial systems serving millions. I've shipped products end-to-end, spanning React, Next and Astro frontends to Node, Python, and Java/Kotlin backends, all deployed on infrastructure I've codified across services like AWS and GCP.

My path has wound through research and published academic work, a unicorn startup, multiple early-stage companies, and a business I co-founded. Along the way, I've learned from, taught, and mentored dozens of developers. But I'm not a computer scientist, I'm a systems engineer. I think in feedback loops and emergent behaviors, not just algorithms and architectures (even if these make a great chunk of it).

This blog is about systemic frameworks for an AI-centric world. As intelligence becomes more and more available, we need mental models that bridge code, product, and business. Here, I share the holistic patterns I've used to navigate complexity, practical tools for technical leaders and builders who want to understand systems that serve them.
